Guided Mentoring and Accountability for Florists

Guided Mentoring and Accountability for Florists

£900.00

I’ve had the pleasure of mentoring some truly wonderful businesses—ranging from exciting start-ups to well-established companies looking to refine and grow.

This 3-month mentoring programme for florists is structured to provide consistent support, motivation, and accountability, ensuring you stay on track to achieve your goals. The sessions are conducted via Zoom, offering flexibility and convenience wherever you are.

“she brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge and will be sure to help you in your business with ideas of how to improve, streamline and be profitable! ”

Description

Here’s what’s included:

1-Hour Discovery Session: We start with an in-depth call to explore your business, goals, and challenges. This session sets the foundation for our work together.

6 x 1-Hour Mentoring Sessions: These in-depth, personalised sessions occur every other week. Together, we’ll dive into the areas you need the most support—whether it’s pricing, marketing, client relationships, or streamlining your workflow.

3 x 30-Minute Accountability Calls: On alternating weeks, we’ll have focused check-ins to review your progress, address any obstacles, and provide the motivation to keep you moving forward.

This structured approach gives you a total of 10 hours of tailored guidance and support:
Month 1: Discovery call, 2 x mentoring sessions, 2 x accountability calls
Month 2: 2 x mentoring sessions, 2 x accountability calls
Month 3: 2 x mentoring sessions, 2 x accountability calls

This programme balances deep-dive mentoring with regular check-ins to keep you motivated, inspired, and supported every step of the way.

So whether you’re just starting out or want to take your business to the next level—I’d love to work with you. Let’s tackle your challenges, refine your goals, and create actionable steps to help you succeed.

What would it feel like to press pause and focus fully on your floristry business for a day?
Amanda did just that — and this is a glimpse of what we created together.

These days are tailored completely to you – whether you need clarity, confidence, creativity, or a bit of all three, I’d love to hear where you’re at and how I can help, just DM me for a chat.

I’ve had so many messages asking about the floral visuals I create in Procreate… so I’ve been working on something special behind the scenes.

I’m putting together a set of beautiful, high-quality flower illustrations that florists can download and use directly in their client proposals. These designs feature realistic, true-to-life flower varieties you’d actually use in your weddings and events – no mock flowers here!
Meadows, arches, gateways, urns and table decor!

They’re perfect for popping straight into Canva or your own proposal templates. So if you want your visuals to have that professional edge but don’t have time to design from scratch, these are perfect for you!

✨ Easy to use
✨ Beautifully styled
✨ Created by a florist, for florists

Keep an eye out – they’re coming soon! 💻🌿

Spring greens and whites, I’ve been shooting a tutorial for @blossomandprosper this week using light weight spring flowers to create a front facing design. I wanted a full flower look that still looked delicate. Designs like this are like a portrait of flowers and there cannot be a hair out of place ! I”m always aware of how the human eye sees composition versus how the camera sees it, it’s the key to designing a balanced photogenic design every time.

There aren’t many flowers I love as a solo flower bouquet but there’s something about a mass of Nerines - they bring a sophistication to a spring bouquet with their delicate curly pinkness and that chocolatey smell !
